Currently, Xodus Medical offers 3 different types of Medication Label sheet sizes. Please
download and print each label sheet that you plan on using in your sample pack.
After you complete your label sheets, fax your information to 724-337-0555. You will be
contacted shortly about your sample request.
Small Label Order Form
- 27 labels per sheet
(18 customizable labels and 9 blank medication labels)
- 1.25" width x 5/16" height
- Allows for 2 lines of text
- 25 characters per line max
