Xodus Medical will sign a Confidentiality / Non-Disclosure Agreement regarding your product idea. This will ensure you that there is an agreement in place and your product idea will remain confidential. Xodus Medical agrees not to use, sell or disclose the submitter's product idea to other 3rd parties. Xodus Medical and submitter shall have no further obligations to each other unless a separate confidentiality agreement is signed by both parties.
